Participate in ongoing training regarding technology upgrades and new systems.Actively participate in weekly customer service meetings and training sessions.Communicate on a regular basis with Parts General Manager and Customer Service concerning all aspects of PAM customer service issues.Maximize company sales growth and profitability by assisting the Customer Service Manager with all office activities and procedures to deliver an engaged experience to every customer, every time.Maintain an awareness of all product information, current advertising, promotions, and the status of merchandise.Coordinate with teams and vendors regarding order status, advance replacements, replacements, return and repair authorization, and chargebacks.Support Parts team by assisting with all aspects of the parts sales process, including following up on estimated time of arrival (ETAs), backorders, and returns.Manage Zendesk open/closed tickets for warranty orders and advance replacements.Receive orders, calculate charges, and process payments.Communicate with customers in-person, through email, or over the phone.Review customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues.Work with sales team to create better methods to address customer complaints.Provide detailed explanations of services or products. Listen to customers’ concerns and handle complaints and returns.Answer all telephone calls and emails promptly (within 24 hours) and courteously.Maintain an awareness of all available resources, including customer service standards and guidelines, as applicable.Demonstrate company standards in selling, customer service, and teamwork.Support and model excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm toward the job and company to both internal and external customers in all forms of communication.This individual will need to be highly organized, familiar with computer systems, and great with task management. The customer service representative will monitor customer satisfaction levels and be involved with the parts process from beginning to end. This individual will work with Stern Pinball’s sales, operations, technical support, and engineering teams to create better processes/systems to address customers’ needs.
